How do I install the app?

RePage installs straight from your browser — no app store needed. It works on both iPhone and Android.

• iPhone & iPad: open repage.fr in Safari, tap the Share button, then choose “Add to Home Screen”.
• Android: open repage.fr in Chrome and tap “Install app” from the menu.

You can also simply use RePage in any browser at www.repage.fr — no installation needed.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account directly in the RePage app using your email address. Your account allows your highlights, settings, and reminders to sync across your devices.

How do I add highlights?

You can add highlights in two ways:

• Scan a book page and extract the text — on phones the scan button opens your camera; on a computer it opens a file picker so you can choose an image
• Manually type or paste your highlight

You can then add a book title, page number, tags, and personal notes.

How does daily review work?

Each day, RePage selects a small number of your saved highlights and shows them on the Today page. This helps you revisit ideas regularly without feeling overwhelmed.

You can mark highlights as reviewed, favorite them, snooze them, or archive them. Settings → Frequency tuning adjusts how often passages from each book return in future daily selections.

How do I manage reminders?

In Settings, choose Daily, Every other day, Weekly, or Never under Email digest → Frequency. This frequency applies to email and device reminders; Never pauses both.

Open Reminder schedule to choose your timezone, local time and days of the week, and to turn email delivery on or off. Selected days and frequency both affect the next delivery.

Set the number of passages in Settings → Review → Daily highlights. Reminders can also include books whose loans are due back.

Can I receive device notifications?

Open Settings → Reminder schedule → Device notifications and choose Turn on notifications. Allow your browser's permission request. This opts in the current device; repeat on any other device you want to use.

On iPhone or iPad, add RePage to your home screen in Safari and open the installed app first. Support depends on your browser and device. Use Send a test to check delivery, or Turn off notifications to stop this device's reminders.

How do I export my data?

You can export your highlights as a CSV file from Settings → Data → Export passages to CSV.

Settings also has Export library data (JSON), which includes book, review, loan, sharing and other app records. It contains image references, not an archive of the image files. RePage does not import this JSON file as a full account restore; CSV import is for passages.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. After confirmation, RePage removes your sign-in account, associated app records and stored source images. This action cannot be undone.

To keep your sign-in account and clear your library instead, use Settings → Data → Delete all data. Export anything you want to keep before either action. Copies already downloaded or saved on other devices are not recalled.

Can I use RePage offline?

While connected, choose Settings → Offline reading → Keep an offline copy. Supported browsers can save your books, passages and reading notes on this device. Book covers, source photos and shared libraries need a connection.

Typed passages stay in a local queue and sync to the same account after you reconnect with RePage open. Wait for them to sync before signing out: signing out or removing the offline copy discards this device's saved library and unsynced drafts. Browser storage can also be cleared by your browser.

Anyone using this browser can open the saved copy. Keep an offline copy only on a device where you are comfortable storing your reading data.

Is my data private?

Your personal library is tied to your account. Sharing a passage makes that passage and its message available to the recipient. Members of a shared library can see its books and shared reading details. Ideas and comments on the feature board are visible to other signed-in readers.

RePage uses services for hosting, account storage, reminders, analytics and Book AI. Read about what these features process in our privacy policy.

What does Book AI receive?

Sending a message sends your question and recent conversation to Anthropic to generate a reply. When Use my bookshelf as context is enabled, it also sends book titles, authors, reading status, likes and ratings for context. You can turn that option off in Book AI before sending.
